THE PROJECT
The business owner of The Retreat Salon, Gail contacted Contexo with a specific brief to refresh their website. Gail had a pressing deadline as they were due to open a new salon in the Woodland Manor Hotel in Clapham in addition to their established salon in Harrold. Following the initial discovery meeting, Gail recognised the need to rebrand the business to better present their values and appeal to their target clientele.
Contexo provided marketing advice and guidance to help establish a new brand identity, develop a completely new website to support both salons, integrated with their existing booking management system. And most importantly, to create a website content management system so that the business could add content updates, photos, new treatments and amend pricing as required without having to pay for ongoing development costs.
